PALMDALE : Items Sought for Hurricane Victims

Palmdale’s Air Force Plant 42 and the Federal Aviation Administration are collecting non-perishable food, clothing and baby supplies through Saturday to airlift to victims of Hurricane Andrew.
Household bleach, water purification tablets, canned goods that do not need to be heated, baby food, formula and clothing are particularly being sought, an Air Force spokesman said.
Donated items can be dropped off anytime before midnight Saturday at Plant 42’s main gate, 2503 East Ave. P.
