Erin E. Trefry of San Marino, a visual arts graduate of Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, has won a $500 scholarship in the painting category of the Arts Recognition and Talent Search program of the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts. She will attend Maryland Institute of Art.
The school, operated by the Los Angeles County office of education, is a free public high school located on the Cal State L.A. campus.
