* Lloyd Greif, formerly vice chairman and managing director of the investment banking division of Sutro & Co., has formed his own investment banking firm, Greif & Co., based in Los Angeles. The new firm will focus on serving the corporate finance needs of middle-market and emerging-growth companies primarily based on the West Coast.
Greif holds the title of president at his new firm.
Joining Greif are Steven P. Cesinger and Jourdi de Werd, who were vice presidents in the investment banking division in Sutro’s Los Angeles office and are now vice presidents at Greif & Co.
