San Marino 24, Harvard-Westlake 7--Tom Moreland ran for 115 yards and two touchdowns, including a game-breaking 73-yard scamper with five minutes left, for the host Titans (2-1).
San Marino scored the first 17 points, converting on six of eight third downs. Moreland opened the scoring with a one-yard first-quarter run and added a 27-yard field goal later in the quarter. Matt Solomon increased the lead to 17-0 on a one-yard run in the second quarter.
Harvard-Westlake (1-3) got on the scoreboard in the third quarter when Justin Ehrlich hit wide-open Kevin Goldfein with a 50-yard pass. Ehrlich completed nine of 20 passes for 108 yards but was sacked five times for 30 yards in losses.
