Doing the Honors: Chevy Chase has been lined up to host the 29th annual Entertainment Industry Humanitarian Awards Dinner, which the National Conference of Christians & Jews will present Nov. 11 at the Beverly Hilton. The evening’s honoree is media mogul Rupert Murdoch, head of the News Corp. and Fox Inc.
