An Extraordinary Correspondence: The story of the artsy postcard-writers featured in the bestselling book “Griffin & Sabine” is coming to the screen. Witt-Thomas Films has acquired the film rights to Nick Bantock’s book and two others that complete a trilogy, “Sabine’s Notebook,” which came out last week, and “The Golden Mean,” due out next year. Mark Allen Smith will write the screenplay, combining the three books into a single love story about an artist living in London and a clairvoyant woman living on an island, under Witt-Thomas Film’s deal at Warner Bros.
