What Did Vote for Toll Road Really Allow?

I wholeheartedly agree with the decision of the California Coastal Commission that will allow the badly needed construction of the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor.
The Coastal Commission and our Orange County commissioner, Linda Moulton-Patterson, recognized that the minimal damage the road does to a flood control channel is far outweighed by the benefits it will have, such as much-needed jobs in the county and improving air pollution (faster moving cars pollute less).
