Who Would Steal a Yugo?

I can’t believe a good lawyer wouldn’t be able to plead insanity in the case of the alleged car thief apprehended on suspicion of stealing a Yugo (“Man Arrested in Short Police Chase,” Times Valley Edition, Nov. 10).
A YUGO?!?!
No one steals a Yugo, unless their elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top.
