Rodney King School Visit

As a country, have we no better role models to put in front of our children than Rodney King? I deplore the way the LAPD handled Rodney King, but, because of their mishandling, do we now make Rodney King an autograph-signing hero to our children?
Let’s get the lawyers out of the equation. More publicity gives the new lawyer a better chance for a bigger settlement, and The Times helps, with press coverage, to change Rodney King’s image. Once again the media gets sucked in, front page no less!
