10th Loss to the Irish Seems to Be Last Straw for USC Football Fans

To quote USC’s outgoing athletic director, Mike McGee, in The Times of Dec. 1: “Sure there have been mistakes made, like not double-covering UCLA receivers near the end of the game. But Larry (Smith) has done well.”
With a 17-16-2 record over the past three years, I’ll say there have been mistakes made! The biggest of which, Mr. McGee, is failing to take all of your luggage as you leave. Don’t worry, though. We’ll gladly pay the “postage” to mail Larry Smith’s coffin just as soon as Fresno State hammers in the final nail.
