Jerome T. Miyahara has been appointed vice president of financial analysis for Akins, a residential real estate company. He was formerly a finance director for the Irvine business. Before joining Akins in 1988, Miyahara was an independent consultant specializing in using computer systems to assist companies in financial analysis and management decision-making.
