GOOD NEIGHBOR THEO: If good fences really do make good neighbors, a long-lasting relationship is assured between the Orangewood Children’s Foundation and the Theo Lacy Branch Jail. . . . County supervisors Tuesday agreed to pay $63,309.38 for the new eight-foot wall between the two. “The Theo Lacy Jail has always been a good neighbor,” says Gordon Andahl, Orangewood manager. “I wish the word would get out that jails are not a community threat.”
