McCartney Specials: Paul McCartney is negotiating with ABC-TV for a concert special of his world tour and a behind-the-scenes documentary on it, his U.S. spokesman said Thursday. The proposal also would give ABC the rights to show a concert that the ex-Beatle gave last week at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York. In 1964, the Beatles made their first big impact in the United States with a concert at that theater.
