GLASS BREAKING: Bonnie Soodik, the only woman vice president of McDonnell Douglas Aerospace in Huntington Beach, predicts the next few years will bring a strong surge of new women executives who are just now entering technical fields. . . . “This is not a legal issue; it’s a business issue--we need to have the best and the brightest,” says Soodik, who was recently honored by the national YWCA for her work in women’s causes, such as starting “glass ceiling” task forces at her own company.
