Eli S. Jacobs is reportedly prepared to sell the Baltimore Orioles to a group led by a limited partner of the Texas Rangers. According to the Baltimore Sun, Jacobs is entertaining an offer by William O. DeWitt Jr., a Cincinnati oil executive.
