Time Inc. to Manage American Express Magazines: Time Inc. will assume management responsibility for most of American Express Publishing Corp.’s operations, including its magazines Travel & Leisure and Food & Wine, the two companies said. Under the arrangement, Time will receive an unspecified annual fee for managing the publishing business, as well as unspecified incentives for improving its profit.
