World IN BRIEF : MEXICO : Bus Crash Kills 24 Tourists, Injures 23

Twenty-four foreign tourists were killed and 23 injured when a bus overturned near the southeast Mexican resort of Cancun and slammed into a high-voltage electricity pole, police said. The bus, carrying tourists from the United States, Canada, Japan, Portugal, Italy and France, was on its way to the nearby world-famous Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza.
