Bush Visits Somalia

The flurry of activity generated by George Bush as he packs his bags to leave the White House is breathtaking. First, it’s the military to Somalia, next Bosnia, and sure enough, Iraq. And now START II and meeting with Yeltsin.
Sprinkled in are the pardons, of course. And just think, he still has two weeks in which to resign and have Dan Quayle pardon him.
