Cal Lutheran Romps to 120-85 Victory

J.R. Woods had career highs of 20 points and 13 rebounds Friday night to guide host Cal Lutheran to a 120-85 nonconference victory over Pacific Christian.
Rupert Sapwell added 18 points and 12 rebounds for the Kingsmen, who had six players scoring in double figures.
Cal Lutheran (8-3) set a school record with 75 rebounds.
The Kingsmen forced the Royals (6-7) into 29 turnovers.
Cal Lutheran broke the game open in the first half, outscoring the Royals, 58-32.
Charles Ross scored 32 points and added 18 rebounds for Pacific Christian.
