Dean Thompson of the Drought Information Centers must be the mother of all drought doomsayers in our state (“Snowfall Has Drought in Retreat,” Jan. 6).
This guy wants all the dead fish and fallen trees replaced before he will declare the drought at an end. That’s like saying a fire isn’t out until all the lost buildings, trees and animals are placed. Please stop quoting this man!
