Hewlett-Packard Cuts Prices: The computer giant announced price cuts of up to 22% on its HP Vectra PCs, bringing the price of the cheapest machine to less than $800. Hewlett-Packard also cut prices on servers by up to 21% and separately rolled out a series of bundled workstation products for a range of industries from banking to manufacturing.
