* Fred R. Weideman has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of Landmark Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Landmark Bank in La Habra. Weideman was previously first vice president of One Central Bank of Glendale, responsible for that bank’s commercial real estate portfolio, business development and marketing. Before that, he was associated with Security Pacific National Bank for 18 years, most recently as regional vice president, managing 25 branch offices.
