Brown Cited: Police in Augusta, Ga., have cited singer Bobby Brown for simulating a sex act in front of an underage audience during a concert. Brown and Queline Young, a female member of his group, simulated intercourse in a bed on stage during Wednesday night’s concert at the Civic Center, police said. Neither was taken into custody, but police said they must either return to Augusta to face the charges or forfeit a $577 bond.
