After a decade representing Orange County, former Assemblyman Nolan Frizzelle has moved to a home in the Sacramento suburb of Folsom, and insiders say he may be angling for a job in the capital. . . . Former Assemblyman Tom Mays, who finished with Frizzelle behind victorious Assemblywoman Doris Allen in the three-way GOP primary fight for the 67th Assembly District seat, was just named to a $61,000-a-year state job as the state Environmental Protection Agency’s toxic-materials administrator.
