3 Firms Donate Food to Charities: A bit of good news shines through this rainy month. Three local organizations have donated 4,274 pounds of produce, milk and orange juice to a warehouse that distributes the food to charities. Richard Lamm, director of the Food Distribution Center in Orange, said the donated goods should be moved out today. The donation was coordinated by the Orange County Farm Bureau, the Irvine Valencia Orange Growers and Sun World International.
