National Medical Enterprises Inc. named Thomas B. Mackey to the new position of executive vice president, director of operations for the psychiatric division. He reports to Ronald T. Bernstein, the division’s president and chief operating officer.
Mackey will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the division’s 60 facilities.
Mackey, 44, joined Santa Monica-based NME in 1985 and most recently served as senior vice president of western operations for NME’s general hospital division.
