Praise for B

I wanted to share a delightful and unique experience my husband and I recently had at the American Artists Gallery House, Bed & Breakfast in Taos, N.M., where we celebrated his 50th birthday. American Artists has six rooms, all decorated in Southwestern style, complete with kiva fireplaces. They serve wonderful breakfasts, are minutes from skiing, the art shops and restaurants of Taos, and the hosts are extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. An unusual touch to the B&B--as; its name indicates--is that each room is its own gallery, exhibiting a variety of artwork. The number is (800) 532-2041.
