An official for the International Amateur Athletic Federation said there are plans for immediate action against Butch Reynolds for refusing to back down in his battle over a doping suspension 2 1/2 years ago. Reynolds, the world record-holder at 400 meters, is eligible to run in the World Indoor Championships at Toronto on March 12-14.
