Filmmaker Lucas Reorganizes Firm: Veteran filmmaker George Lucas, citing “huge changes” in the marketplace, announced a consolidation and reorganization of his San Rafael, Calif.-based entertainment firm. Film producer Lindsley Parsons Jr. has been named president of the newly created Lucas Digital Services unit. Gordon Radley, who had been chief operating officer of LucasArts Entertainment, has been named president of the parent company, Lucasfilm Ltd. Lucas, who remains chairman, said the move will free him to concentrate on the company’s film and TV projects.
