‘E’ for Entertainment: Host Dennis Miller and celebrities including Dennis Hopper, Hammer, Bill Murray, Mariel Hemingway, Halle Berry, Jean-Claude Van Damme and George Wendt are among those who will be at New York’s Madison Square Garden tonight for the American Sports Awards (a.k.a. the ESPYS). The awards show, to benefit Arthur Ashe’s Foundation for the Defeat of AIDS, is being billed as an event to “put the E (for Entertainment) back in ESPN.” They air on ESPN at 6 p.m.
