The Alternative Repertory Theatre in Santa Ana will present Ray Bradbury’s “Dandelion Wine” April 2 and 3 at 8 p.m. to raise money for an air-conditioning and heating system for the company’s storefront theater. The work is described as “a play of memories where one special summer a young boy discovers what it means to be alive, while a man learns how to get on with his life.” Joel T. Cotter will direct. “We need to raise a little more than $5,000,” ART producer Kathleen Bryson said in a press release.
