Flamemaster Corp. Buys 7.7% Stake in PerfectData

Flamemaster Corp. in Sun Valley has acquired a 7.7% stake in PerfectData Corp., a Simi Valley-based maker of computer maintenance products, for $314,520.
Flamemaster, a maker of sealants and coatings, said it bought the 262,100 shares in open-market trades for an average $1.20 a share.
