Lamps Plus Acquires New Lighting Subsidiary

The Lamps Plus Group of Companies said it has acquired the assets of Centennial Lighting Inc., which provides lighting products to home builders and other professionals. The price was not disclosed.
Chatsworth-based Lamps Plus said it created a new subsidiary, Lamps Plus/Centennial Inc., to run the acquired operations.
Lamps Plus, which is privately held, also operates a 36-store retail chain by the same name, and it owns Pacific Coast Lighting, a design and manufacturing concern.
