Intermittent showers may dump up to an inch of rain on Ventura County today and up to two inches in mountain areas before the skies clear late tonight, forecasters said.
The storm, which originated in the central Pacific, is expected to be milder than last Thursday’s downpour, said Steve Burback, a meteorologist at WeatherData, which provides forecasts for The Times.
Burback predicted partly cloudy skies for Monday and Tuesday, but another significant storm is expected to roll through late Wednesday, bringing more heavy rain.
