Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock : European Nations Are All Together Now; Clocks Go Into Summer at Same Time Today

LONDON — For the first time, all of Europe turns clocks ahead today.
Most countries were to move their clocks at 2 a.m., including the Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. Bulgaria was to change at the stroke of midnight.
Britain and Ireland will remain an hour behind much of continental Europe while Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Greece, Finland, the Baltics, Cyprus, Ukraine and Moscow will remain ahead.
Americans and Canadians don’t move their clocks forward until April 4.
Most Europeans fall back to standard time on Sept. 26. Britain and Ireland remain on summer time until Oct. 24, and the Americans and Canadians until Oct. 31.
