David A. Young has been promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president of Blower-Dempsay Corp. in Santa Ana. He will have overall day-to-day responsibilities for all areas of the company, including sales, operations, finance and administration. Young joined Blower-Dempsay in December as chief financial officer. He was previously chief financial officer of Alpha Microsystems, MSI Data and San/Bar. Blower-Dempsay divisions include Pak West Paper and Chemical, Pacific Western Container and Serv-All.
