TouchStone Software Corp.: The Huntington Beach software company said its profit for 1992 declined 19% to $41,000, or 1 cent a share, from $50,400, or 1 cent a share, for 1991. Revenue was down 5% to $3.5 million from $3.7 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $18,000 on revenue of $950,500. That contrasted with a profit of $208,000, or 5 cents a share, on revenue of $942,000 for the same period a year earlier. Shannon Jenkins, president and chief executive, said the company invested heavily in product development during 1992.
