South Carolina’s new basketball coach, Eddie Fogler, was welcomed by about 200 fans at Carolina Coliseum in Columbia, S.C. South Carolina will pay Fogler, 44, who left Vanderbilt, a base salary of $106,928 on his five-year contract, plus income from a shoe contract, a summer camp and radio and television shows.
