Lockheed to Redeem $200 Million in Notes

Lockheed Corp. said it plans to redeem on May 5 all $200 million of its 8.5% notes due in April, 1996.
The Calabasas-based aerospace giant said holders would be paid 100% of the face value of their notes, plus accrued interest from last Thursday through May 4. Chemical Trust Co. of California is trustee for the notes.
