IRVINE BOXING : Armijo to Face Lopez Tonight

IRVINE — John Armijo of Huntington Beach puts his California super-welterweight title on the line tonight when he fights Kenny Lopez (17-13) of San Jose in a 12-round bout.
The fight is part of a sold-out, fund-raising dinner for The Assn. for Commercial Real Estate at the Hyatt Regency Irvine.
Armijo (14-6) has six knockouts and Lopez has eight.
There will be no walk-up ticket sales.
