SCC’s Bowling Ties for Ninth at NAIA Meet

Southern California College high jumper Eddie Bowling cleared 6 feet 8 to finish in a three-way tie for ninth in the NAIA National Outdoor Track and Field Championships Saturday in Abbotsford, Canada.

Dwayne Stanford of Malone (Ohio) won with a mark of 7-0 1/4. Bowling, a junior, won the NAIA District 3 title earlier this month by jumping that height.
