Countywide : Off-Ramp in Tustin Will Open Today

The newly reconstructed off-ramp from the northbound Costa Mesa Freeway to 4th Street in Tustin will open at noon today, Caltrans officials said.
The ramp has been closed since September, 1991, as part of the remodeling of the interchange between the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana freeways.
The three other ramps at 4th Street are already open to traffic.
On June 4, the 1st Street bridge over the Santa Ana Freeway will reopen.
