Electronic Clearing House Signs Contract With Bank

Electronic Clearing House Inc., an Agoura Hills company that provides merchants with credit-card and check authorization services, said it signed a multi-year credit-card processing agreement with Westside Bank of Southern California.
The new agreement with Los Angeles-based Westside Bank will affect about 4,500 small- and medium-sized merchants that are Electronic Clearing clients, the company said. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
