John Dravinski has been appointed general manager of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Dana Point. He had been general manager for four years at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey. Before joining Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. in 1988, Dravinski was corporate operations director for Princess Cruises. He also worked for Hyatt Hotels Corp. as corporate food and beverage director and general manager.
