Mock Resources Sold: Mock Resources Inc., an Irvine-based distributor of natural gas and refined petroleum products, has been sold to Wickland Corp. of Sacramento for an undisclosed amount.

Mock Resources will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wickland Oil Co., a unit of Wickland Corp., an international petroleum marketer and oil terminal operator. The combined revenue of the companies will be about $1 billion, Wickland said Wednesday, with total assets of more than $250 million.
