Food Contractor Sentenced to 2 Years: Alexander Patrick Amistadi, president of Yucaipa, Calif.-based AGS Food Inc., the largest military food supplier on the West Coast, was sentenced to 24 months in prison following his guilty plea last April to defrauding the Pentagon of more than $500,000.
