Delta Cuts Some Fares: Delta Air Lines cut discount fares for fall domestic travel by 25% to 35%. The non-refundable tickets require a Saturday night stay-over and must be used for travel from Sept. 15 through Dec. 15. The discount received depends on the date of purchase: 35% off through Aug. 17; 30% off Aug. 18-31; 25% off Sept. 1-15. America West, Continental and Northwest said they would offer similar discounts.
