Val’s Restaurant: The Times incorrectly reported Aug. 10 that Val’s Restaurant in North Hollywood had filed for Chapter 7 liquidation under the U. S. Bankruptcy Code. In fact, the restaurant filed for Chapter 11 reorganization under the bankruptcy code in July, and the restaurant remains open for business.
