LA PALMA : Fall Softball League Sign-Ups Will Begin

Fall sign-ups for three men’s and two co-ed softball leagues will begin after Labor Day at the recreation and community services office, 7821 Walker St.
Registration will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the following schedule: Tuesday for teams that have at least five city residents or are sponsored by a local business, Wednesday for teams returning from a previous fall league, and Thursday for new teams or until registration is full.
The league fee of $385 per team is due at the time of registration and covers umpires, game balls, 11 games, awards and a scorekeeper.
