TUJUNGA — A dispute between a woman’s son and boyfriend ended Thursday with the boyfriend dead and the son wounded after the two shot each other in a Tujunga house, Los Angeles police said.
The names of those involved in the dispute were not made public, but the woman was identified as a civilian employee at the LAPD’s Foothill police station, officers said.
Police did not know whether all three lived in the house at 10362 Wilsey Ave.
The 5 p.m. shooting was “the culmination of an ongoing dispute,” said LAPD spokesman Don Cox. He did not say what the fight was about.
The slain man died in the garage at the shooting scene, he said. The wounded man was taken to Holy Cross Medical Center.
